Please provide the information requested below in support of a nomination for CLP Logger of the Year.  There are three categories of awards: conventional logger, mechanical logger, and contractor/supervisor.  You are welcome to nominate more than one logger or to nominate in more than one category.  A separate form is needed for each nomination.

Award recipients must be active CLPs and must be nominated by this form or via a paper version answering the same questions. If you have questions about the status of a logger in CLP, please call Maine TREE at 207-621-9872.  Two references must be provided, and one must be a landowner. Submit this form by September 1, 2025.
